3000m steeple chase: World Lead, Meet Record and African Record.

Chemos was very happy after the race: "It was an amazing time for me. Today I was thinking about the personal best but not about an African record. It was not that though, now I think I can attach 9 minutes. When I improve my technique over the barriers I can definately come close to the world record. An favourite for the games maybe, but the others are also working hard.
