Bolt Likes Oslo, its People and its Track
When you talk about famous buildings in Oslo, you will -- sooner than later – talk about the City Hall. Its characteristic architecture and artworks make it unique. The Nobel Peace Prize Giving Ceremony on every December 10th makes it politically worldwide important.

Event Preview: Bislett Welcomes the World’s Fastest Man
It is the fifth Samsung Diamond League (SDL) meet this year, and it will be held in a very special place – the Bislett Stadium in Oslo is one of the most prestigious places when we talk about track and field competitions. "Lightning Bolt" hits Oslo
The World's fastest man has arrived at the place of his next heroic action, and he did it – coming from London – by plane, obviously, and by train. Train? Yes: Flytoget, the company which runs the Express Train from Oslo airport Gardemoen to Oslo downtown, is one of the Bislett Games sponsors. There is even more. The train needs 19 minutes to cover 45 kilometres, Bolt can do 200 meters in 19 seconds and a little bit more.

Fast times in Bislett 800m
The women’s 800m at the ExxonMobil Bislett is already shaping as potentially the fastest race of the 2011 season. With the Samsung Diamond League heading to Oslo, a quality field will face the starter’s gun and quick times are virtually assured. Ireland’s Karen Shinkin is responsible to ensuring a fast, even pace that can give all the competitors a realistic chance of completing the two laps in well under 2 minutes.

Sub 8 a chance in Bislett steeple
With the advice that France’s European Champion Mahiedine Mekhissi has confirmed his entry into the 3000m Steeplechase at ExxonMobil Bislett Games, we can now expect the race will produce a rash of very fast times.
